We partnered up with CenterGrid just over 18 months ago now and the results have spoken for themselves. I'm a Service and Operations Manager for a Health Care company and we utilize CenterGrid for our tier 1 support. 18 months ago our first call resolution on a 1000+ incidents was right around 70%. I've held weekly meetings with our Tier 1 team over there once a week since then; focusing on areas of opportunity to improve on, real working sessions and they've stepped up to the plate for us. July 2023 we're sitting at 84% first call resolution. Our team over at CenterGrid has changed the narrative at our company for support. Kudos to them. "Caring" isn't something you can necessarily report on such as a ticket, however their level of caring for our end-users is unmatched. I'm grateful for the partnership we've built in just 18mo.
